IT,
AI, code,
teaching.

I work in IT with a broad, concrete approach built over time: support, training, documentation, needs analysis, continuous improvement, development, applied AI and support for professional uses.

Broad skills, grounded in real use.

I have been involved with IT since childhood. Today, with more than 25 years of personal and professional practice, my profile is not limited to one specialty: I can move from user support to development, from documentation to training, from functional analysis to concrete AI use cases.

What interests me is understanding how tools are really used, where needs appear, what blocks people, what can be improved and how to make a system clearer, more reliable and more useful. This ability to connect technology, use, teaching and continuous improvement is at the heart of my work.

What I do

One guiding principle: making IT easier to understand, easier to use and more useful for the people who rely on it.

Assistance and support. I support users, diagnose problems, clarify situations and look for durable solutions. For me, support is not just answering a ticket: it is a way to observe real use, identify friction and bring useful improvements back into the product.

Training and teaching. I train music, dance, theatre and circus schools, music federations and organizations connected to artistic education, especially through my work with OpenTalent. I like making tools accessible, adapting explanations to real contexts and helping people become more autonomous.

Documentation and quality. I produce and structure guides, procedures, FAQs, knowledge bases and reference content. I also pay close attention to monitoring, standards, quality processes and continuous improvement. At OpenTalent, I handled the acquisition and maintenance of Qualiopi certification as the only trainer concerned, which requires method, rigor and long-term follow-up.

Needs analysis and continuous improvement. I analyze requests, business uses, field feedback and the limits of existing tools to help define relevant improvements. I like turning a sometimes vague need into a concrete, understandable and prioritized evolution.

Development and IT in the broad sense. I work on application and website code, maintenance, IT troubleshooting, automation, home automation, business software such as CRM, ERP or GRD, graphic design tools like Adobe, computer-assisted music and specialized environments. This versatility helps me understand very different technical situations and move quickly between subjects.

Applied AI and prompt engineering. I use AI as concrete work tools: production, analysis, documentation, structuring, development assistance, decision support and experimentation. I am less interested in hype than in serious integration into professional contexts, with control, method and verifiable results.

Code, GitHub and open projects. Development is part of my daily work and technical culture. I contribute, experiment, version, document and also take part in open source projects, especially around code and concrete uses of digital tools.

Experience built over time.

I have worked with OpenTalent for more than 15 years. This experience has given me solid knowledge of business software, user relations, professional training, documentation, quality processes and the specific needs of artistic education institutions.

This path adds to an IT practice that started very early, driven by curiosity, code, tools, systems, digital creation and personal projects. This combination gives me a broad view: understanding technology, but also people, contexts and uses.
